We found out it was $2 admission at the zoo today and so three of us went. It was crowded today, but the weather was good, cloudy most the time we were there, which kept it cooler. We saw a baby zebra, three cheetahs (usually we see none), the sea lion tank being filled up, and the new Tropics house. Docents were out and one was by the elephants and showed us an elephant ear and a tusk. Mary's favorite picture is the red panda window. Sometime in 2010 the polar bear exhibit should be done and the polar bears here. We will be excited to see that.
